Mr. Staley brings over 15 years of investment banking, private equity, and transaction execution experience to Signal Hill.

Most recently, Mr. Staley was a principal and founding member of Meriturn Partners, LLC, a private equity fund focused on buyouts of middle-market companies that require operational turnarounds and/or financial restructurings. Previously, Mr. Staley was the Vice President of Strategy for Axcellis, Inc., an early-stage application software developer in the security alarm and systems integration industries.

Mr. Staley has prior investment banking experience with Cowen & Company, where he focused on technology clients in the software, services, semiconductor, and digital media sectors. He was previously a Financial Analyst for Lehman Brothers in its Leveraged Finance and Restructuring Group, and a Credit Analyst for Chase Manhattan Bank.

Mr. Staley has a BA degree in economics from Kenyon College, and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Mr. Staley is on the Board of Directors for the Josephine B. & Allen P. Green Foundation.
